Children can join the Ugley Duckling from 2 1/2 years of age. We have two intakes: September and January. We do not accept new children in the summer term unless they are siblings or at the discretion of the pre-school manager.

If you wish to register your child at Ugley Duckling, Please ring the pre-school on 01279 812621 and ask for a registration form. Once you have returned the completed registration form, your child will be added to our waiting list

The Ugley Duckling is situated between Stansted and Ugley and we are the sole users of a large converted barn.  We are surrounded by fields and woodland.  The children have their own enclosed outdoor play area, with mud kitchen, stage and an outdoor all weather classroom. They also  have their own wooden summer house. We are also able to access a small woodland area.  The outdoor environment is a crucial area of learning for the children.
